Is mobile the end of the world as we know it?

26Feb11

That is the question posted by E3 Network  MAWD organizers on their new blog. MAWD stands for Mobile Application and Web Development and is an E3 seminar subgroup that spun off the E3 Academy series. The group has started a new blog to keep up with the latest developments in the world of mobile applications. Your comments and contributions are welcome.

Check out the MAWD blog here.

What is MAWD?

MAWD started as a subgroup of the international network E3. It all began in Helsinki in 2010 in what we hope to be an annual seminar that helps educate and inform how to better develop mobile apps to integrate into B2B and B2C marketing businesses.

Why are we here

  • Mobile is now!
  • People especially business professionals stay connected to their communication devices – lifelines to their livelihoods
  • The mobile world helps keep people informed and make decisions
  • We need to guide our current and new clients into a successful entry into the mobile marketing world

So is mobile the end of the world as we know it? Read the MAWD blog for answers.
